What is myLot?
myLot, as the site says, is a place you've probably never experienced. Here you can:- view discussions, news, and blog postings that are related to your interests
- discuss topics about anything interesting
- have a customizable profile similar to Facebook.
- add friends like a social network
- search for web, discussions, blogs, photos, private messages using myLot's search engine (and earn bonuses).
I found myLot unique for the first few months of my membership, but I was not able to realize and draw out its potential until later. myLot is more than what I have imagined that it is. You will know various information DAILY that will be useful to you and everyone, and you can also use this website to gain more knowledge and share what you know to others. However, we myLotters keep things in quality and participate only if we can produce quality.
It is also a site with some sort of mystical powers that when there will be a point in your life that you would be away from myLot because either you forgot about it already or became busy with your life, time will come and you WILL come back to myLot. Some say its addiction but it is more fit to say that myLot made a big change in our lives the moment it entered our lives. It is something so good that we would find it a waste to let it go, nor let a day pass without visiting it and discussing things with other people who is in another part of the world. It is a place (on the internet) where we can safely release angry and sadness and also share happiness with people (and maybe making them happy also).
Summarizing it, it's a social network, general forum and more - the first of it's kind. It is the greatest experience you'll ever imagine!
